The RCMP in Dauphin, Manitoba are seeking the public's assistance in locating 15 year old Sheldon Desmond Wayne MOAR. MOAR was last seen at his foster home in Dauphin on January 8th, 2010. Sheldon MOAR is approximately 190 cm (6'3",) 78 kg (170 lbs) with short black hair and brown eyes.
